How did you think Kaguya had conceived 2 sons without a father? My guess is
when she ate the fruit, the power may have been too great to handle that she needed to
pass on the power to 2 vessels.

we see the tree as the one talking, but what if Kaguya was trapped in there
and that was Kaguya's conscience who was bribing Madara?

Maybe, because Kaguya could not contain the fruit's power,
she chose a vessel of someone who COULD!This was all part
of her plan, betraying Madara (chosen vessel) and the Shinju tree might
be the origin of Hashi's powers so maybe that is why, when Madara
thought BZ was his will, some cells cultivated by Kaguya in the shinju
made BZ who he is now.

kaguya was pregnant when she ate the fruit hence her chakra was trnsfrd to both her sons and i feel both the brothers were twins ... and she got pregnant from a man for sure no one in the manga so far got pregnant from air it can bebad idea for kishi to do so . and since hagoromo has red hair color most probably she too must have the same ... and the will of bz seems like the juubi had absorbed kaguya and her chakra like when naruto turned ninetails kurama was gonna take possession of him ... hence kaguyas chakra lingered insied the shell gedo mazou ... when madara made use of the gedo to make bz kaguyas chakra n will got into bz
