Two name I came up with based on Naruto/Sasuke's irresponsible hand tattoos.
What do ya think.

I have to disagree with this because of the fact that the moon and the sun are opposites like Naruto and Sasuke's ideals and a full moon for Sasuke would be harder to distinguish.

Not only that Naruto on more than one occasion been noted to have characteristics of the sun

Lol the wite inside narutos tat is for brightness ie sun, sasukes tat is colored dark ie night or moon, if they were the same object there would be no real reason to 1 distinguish them with color and 2 distinguish them with shape.

Sun... Solar... did you not know these two words are related? In a previous comment on this thread I explained that I thought Naruto's tattoo was a Sun because of his ideology and his personality.

I really dont think him being hindu is relevant considering this ideology doesnt just come from hinduism but taoism, christianity, buddism, etc as well. There are even certain parts where greek mythology is portrayed.

The yin and yang most likely is the moon and the sun rather than having it crescent vs full.

This is when we incorporate astrological mythology (both greek and roman).

Although I have no idea to what extent since this is manga and mangas are known to be either have more western vs japanese related symbolisms.
