Okay, so earlier I had made a theory about what Doflamingo's past is, what's his deal with Corazon, his dad, and his Noble status with Law and shit, and I decided to share it hear since I think it's very plausible.
Okay, so to start off, I think Doflamingo was extremely close to his mother as a child. The circumstances of Corazon's birth rendered their mother crippled and in a critical condition of health. This eventually led to her dying years later. This caused Doflamingo to resent Corazon, and mistreat him when they were kids.
Corazon, conversely, was very close to his father for the short time that he knew him. Their father never blamed Corazon for his wife's death. As a result, Mr. Donquixote treated Corazon much better than he did Doffy, and every time Doffy bullied or treated Corazon with ill intent, their father would punish Doffy severely. One day, as punishment for what he did to Corazon, Doffy's father force-fed him the Ito Ito no Mi. Now, based on the fact that the Nobles who owned the Boa sisters forced them to heat DFs as a form of sick entertainment and punishment, I think the Nobles see eating a DF as something foul, or unholy, and if a Noble ate one, they'd be shunned or even have their Noble Status revoked. Doffy's father threatened to reveal the fact that he was now a DF eater to other Nobles if he mistreated Corazon again. This, coupled with the fact that their father loved Corazon more, caused Doffy to develop a resentment for his father as well. Furious, Doffy beat up Corazon. Fed up, their father moved in to physically punish Doflamingo again, while threatening to reveal his DF consumption to the other Nobles. Panicking, Doffy unleashed the power of the Ito Ito when he raised his hands to defend himself, causing him to fatally slash his father. Corazon witnessed this, and Doffy fled. Traumatized, Corazon developed intense friction for his brother.
It is during this time, Doflamingo saw how much he loved to kill. He reveled in slaughtering his father, and realized he wanted to do it more, and to kill anyone who he didn't like. It is during this time we see Doflamingo here:
His clothes are tattered because he's on the run, and he's giddy because he finally killed his dad.
I believe, eventually, Doffy was found out by the other Nobles, with Corazon and servants being witnesses and giving testimonies. Knowing that if word got out that a Noble committed such a crime against another Noble, and also ate a DF, that the reputation of the Nobles would be blemished, they knew they had to keep things a secret. They liked the Donquixote family, and so, they granted Doflamingo a deal that was kept secret from the world government: He'd infiltrate the underground crime world. It always struck me as weird as to how Doflamingo, who is already a criminal and expressed that he'd leave the Shichibukai if it was no longer convenient to him, would bother using an alias to do shady activities. And it's because he got into his piracy AFTER becoming a criminal broker. His alias, Joker, was conceived so that if investigations led to info on him leaking out, it would be relayed as Joker, and not Doflamingo, thus, the reputation of Nobles wouldn't face negative backlash.
Through his time as a broker, Doflamingo assembled his crew from the people he dealt too and was dealing with. He then became a pirate. When word got out to the Nobles, they were furious. They threatened to disown Doflamingo from their ranks if he did not comply. Pissed off because he was reminded of when his father would threaten him, Doffy threw a major ***** fit, and that's when he stole their money and went back to Dressrosa and became king. Fed up with Doffy, that's when the Nobles disowned him.
During this time Corazon was traveling the world, entering many seas. We are led to believe that this is Doflamingo.
However, the nose and chin does not match with Doffy's at all. And it's not like he had surgery to change his face, as a child, the nose and chin aren't like this. This is Corazon, made even more evident by the silhouette that appeared as Law is taking about him in the newest chapter.
Doffy came into contact with Corazon again, and told him he wanted to settle things and renew their brotherly bond. Corazon agreed, and brought with him a young Law, whom Corazon saved while in North Blue. Doffy gave him the position as executive in the Heart Seat as a peace offering. However, Doffy actually intended for Corazon to die in battle, as if any enemies attacked, the strongest fighters would go after the executives and Doffy himself. This failed, and Doffy and Corazon actually grew closer as they fought. Doffy also began growing closer to Law. However, Law's obvious preference to Corazon and Corazon began amassing admiration and likes from the crew. Doffy mistakenly observed this to mean that Corazon was taking his place, and the emotions he felt when he witnessed his father treat and love Corazon better renewed his hatred for him.
Doffy eventually just killed Corazon himself. He then told Law a false story about how he tried to save him from some enemy, and told Law he was now his younger brother and that he'd protect him. Law found out during the timeskip, and this is why he's fighting Doffy.
TL;DR: Corazon's birth killed Doffy's mother. Doffy was close to her, so he hated Cora. He abused Cora, Dad punished him with Ito Ito, Doffy killed dad after growing to hate him too. Doffy fled, Nobles found him, told him to become a broker. Doffy kept doing wilder and wilder shit, and fell out with them. Eventually found his brother, gave him Heart Seat as a ruse to ensure his demise. Got closer, but inferiority complex led to him killing Cora again when he saw how much Law preferred him. Doffy then adopted(sort-of) Law as his brother, but Law found out.
