Can someone help me understand the differences in the two. I know that with SPSM you get the Gudodama and it doesn't have a time limit but are there other difference?

He can probably access more nature energy with SPSM, as well as maintain it longer. TSM has a time limit of 5 minutes. I'd wager that SPSM can go on indefinitely.
