This doesn't make sense. Madara would have to have created the clone in the air, which BZ would've obviously seen. Tapping the ground doesn't create clones

Keep in mind he never specifically said he couldn't move when he was hit by naruto/sasuke.

BZ most likely did something to madara, possibly blocked his chakra from molding & pinned him in a similar fashon to the black rods.

Also Wood Clones don't have blood as they are made of wood.
