you have to get people to put their signature in your visitor's wall.

Go to User CP > edit signature > copy the link to the image you want > and place it between these tags

You must be registered for see images

To have a bigger signature, you need to become a premium member though.

You can just go to User CP and click change Signature to Edit your signature.

Wait a sec...so an special jounin is no more "special" than a regular jounin? They need do swap the ranks...doesn't make sense to have special jounin before normal jounin.

Don't you remember? Special Jounins are dudes like Ebisu in part 1, they don't have teams to take care of like Kakashi, Guy, etc.
