Although I am an Obito fan, I have to admit that Minamoto was rite. Tobi is Madara, not Obito
Even though Tobi was revealed to be Obito
Obito discarded his name
Obito states you can call him whatever you like, however Obito choose to take the name Madara Uchiha
In this page here, Tobi states that he is no one. He is a nobody and all that matters is the moon's eye plan.
However, because he calls himself a nobody, he can be anybody. Tobi choose to be Madara, not Obito
