Lets approach this with logic instead of facts, and view it from a perspective as a writer instead of a fan.

Obito said himself, several times that he was the one that fought Minato, meaning he was the one that attacked the village years ago. He said he was the one that created the Akatsuki, and that he was the one who helped Itachi. That is facts, now lets look at it logical. We saw Madara dying, and there is no known way to for two spirits to exists within the same body at once. ( Nor is there any logic to back that up either. ) Lets take a look at the names; "Obito" and "Tobi". They are made out of the same letters, with a few excluded. Its also highly possible that Obito came up with that name sometime after forming the Akatsuki as he didn't go by that name when he fought Minato. From a writer's perspective, and logical one. It would be no point in a plot twist around Madara being a part of Obito at this point. There is no reason for it, no point and no logic behind it.

If you can prove, with either logic or actual proof that this is possible then by all means do that and I will stay here and prove you wrong.

lol i already read that and is kept in my memory....and i did state obito infiltrated konoha with his free will..thus tobidara also learned the fact of kushina giving baby to naruto..since he was inside obito's body...to sum it up...only fews including tobimadara knows the fact that kurama seals weakens during child birth...even obito doesn know this fact...you guys cant contradict my theory...i deciphred the manga well befor creating my tobidara theory...the more you try to be smart THE MORE I OUTSMART YOU !!
