It's part of why Sasuke can cancel Naruto's kyuubi mode and why Sasuke is stronger than the current Naruto, and has been even at the Kage summit. As for Kaguya, what does Kishimoto gain from making her final villain?

Kaguya was introduced in chapter 643 or so. She isn't human, and we feel nothing for her as fans (at least I don't). Honestly it seems like a radical departure from the manga up until this point.

Orochimaru as FV makes sense. Even Sauce. Or Madz himself. Kaguya as final villain just doesn't make literary sense. Writing is ultimately formulaic, gentlemen. Kishimoto is making too bold a declaration if he makes a no-name God the final villain.

NB is pissed that all living Uchiha (excluding Obito) are and always have been stronger than Naruto and his pathetic failure of a father. Also Itachi solo's minato negative difficulty.

I've seen NB be wrong about a lot of things before. Namely when I predicted Obito = Tobi, as did many others before and after me. NB was in denial for the most part. Madara is clearly not done after that much hype.

The final villan is 25/100 at this point. It's one of the following.
A) Kaguya.
B) Madara.
C) Zetsu. (Either one)
D) The Juubi.

Kaguya and the Juubi are separate as there is no 100% proof that they are one and the same. I highly doubt that the Juubi is the Final Villain, same said for Zetsu, so for me it out of A and B.

Madara is definitely not done for as he hasn't had a proper farewell and can weaken Kaguya, but I don't think he is coming back completely. Kaguya will be weakened to either help Naruto and Sasuke, and possibly release the Jubi. Like you said he is too important to be one paneled like "fodder".
