I'm talking exactly about his relation with everyone, naruto included. If he wants to start a dictatorship, that will only harm the relation between the 2 of them, thus harming their teamwork, thus compromising his mission. If the difference in power between people is too big, them working together will have a smaller output than the strong one working alone. So acting alone is better in SOME situations. So in your oppinion being polite is more important than finishing the mission in the most efficient way. That may be you oppinion. Sasuke can't stop Madara alone. He needs Naruto for that and that's why he only works with him. He knows that. That's why he only told Sakura and Kakashi that they couldnt do anything.
In the Pain arc Naruto wasn't even there, lol. All he had to do was fighting Pain straight on and nobody except Hinata for a brief moment did get in the way.
I never said that. I simply said the obvious: You don't have to be a jerk to tell people it's better if you work alone. The mission is important, more important than everything, I agree. But after it's done, your relation with your comrades, specially if you intend to be a leader, is also important.
Only because people are useless, disrespecting them will add absolutely nothing. It will only make they feel worse, and in a time like that, that doesn't need to be done. You can easily acomplish the mission and work alone without being an *******.
In the pain arc, naruto told katusyo(is that tsunade's summoning's name? I always forget) to tell everyone not to enter the fight, because it would be harder for him to fight. He told everyone he wanted to work alone. but he didn't act a like an *******, did him? He could've said "Don't enter the fight, you're all fodders and useless". But how exactly would it help? In nothing. So he was polite, fought alone AND acomplished the mission.
Then, I prove my point. Starting a dictatorship is harmful, and so is being unpolite. You can easily complete the mission and work alone without doing all that.
