So tell who else except Naruto can do anything against Mugen Tsukuyomi in the situation they are in right now? Sasuke never had time to care about other things because he was prepoccupied with other things. Once the war is over Sasuke will surely have enough time to show his "human" side. You can't care about the fodders when they will just be a hinderance to accomplish the mission which is "saving the world" right now. Deeds speak louder than words. Even if he wouldn't care, in the end it will be him and naruto who save the world. Also, his motivation to become Hokage has something to do with more justice. How can this be selfish?
