Okay, so Black Zetsu said his will is that of Kaguya. But did he say he was directly working for Kaguya? No, anybody could follow the will of Kaguya. Like Orochimaru... if you think about it he is a demon, just like Kaguya. Hiruzen called Orochimaru a demon many, many times. Orochimaru probably also knows about Kaguya and her will. Well lets look at a few observations on how this could be Orochimaru.

Next. look at these panels and see how Orochimaru is biting Spiral Zetsu, and putting a curse mark into him.

So it is not possible that since Spiral Zetsu was infected, that they are somehow linked and that Orochimaru was able to control Black Zetsu? Maybe Spiral Zetsu was the first Zetsu, or maybe there is some kind of chakra connection between all of them that allows Orochimaru to control Black Zetsu through Spiral Zetsu.
Now notice what Kabuto says here.

He says that he invented a special drug to nullify Hashirama's power. Is it not possible that with this same drug or a similar drug, that he would be able to nullify Zetsu's powers? He did promise not to use it on the Zetsu's, so that alone proves that they could be effected too. Or more specifically, nullify a persons control over Zetsu and establish his own?
Not to mention the cocoon that fell earlier in this chapter.

It is the same amount of people around the Cocoon that Orochimaru had around him.

This all leads up to a very real possibility that Orochimaru is the one controlling Black Zetsu, and that he plans to steal Madara's body for his own. After all, this whole series Orochimaru has been after an Uchiha body. He has always wanted Sasuke but now that Madara is alive, why not him? And as they say you are only as strong as your weakest link, Orochimaru took advantage of Madara's weakest link (black zetsu), and is now going to get what he has always wanted.
It is very possible that this is his way of joining the fight. Since the Curse Mark is him he could take over Spiral Zetsu. Then cover Obito again xD and Then they go Ape shit on Kaguyas ass xD
So the order of villain will go obito, madara, kaguya, orochimaru? Are you high? That would be like freeza being the final villain of DBZ after kid buu.
Orochimaru is the final villain....in his dream world that is. I'm sure he took Sasuke's body & had *** with Kabuto & the third. However, realistically it ain't happening. There's nothing he could do, even if he did somehow break IT.
Why can't you all just accept the truth? Orochimaru will emerge as the FV. There is a reason we know almost nothing about his backstory or parents. For all we know, Orochimaru and Kaguya have a connection, just like Obito and Madara do.
