They're both restricted summonings. Base Naruto means no type of SM or any kind of Kyuubi influence.

hmm, the poll is about even, I guess I shouldn't have thrown in the joke option but oh well. I have to say that I'm more inclined to believe that Sakura wins this high diff but I do see scenarios where Naruto wins such as clone feints that lead to a head on FRS. Then again, I see scenarios where Sakura is able to fend off clones and maybe even outsmart Naruto. I think Sakura could tank a Rasengan, she'll get up from 1 but I highly doubt she can eat 2 of them. I was kind of hoping someone would have a long drawn out answer Lol But I guess I shouldn't if I'm too lazy to think of something like that myself.

Even if she tanks a rasengan, she would have to waste a lot of chakra for that and naruto, makes a close to make a frs while he makes other clones to keep her busy and kaboom.
