Getting cut in half is zero damage? This kid is a moron. Why do we bother with you. Naruto wouldn't have sealed anything if Sasuke didn't tell him to. Madara is obviously much faster than anyone par Sasuke but he did manage to fatally hit the strongest person in the manga. Saying Narutos mark left a bigger impact than being cut in half. Wow does logic stoop any lower?

True fatal was a bad choice of words but had Madara stayed he would have been executed. Any regular shinobi would have died from being cut in half ,heck even Narutos RS failed to cut him in half. . Picking on Obito who couldn't even move doesn't constitute that Madara was fine. He failed to regenerate until he received his other Rinnegan.

Sasuke was able to damage limbos.so it was with the help of sasuke that naruto was able to seal limbo.

Sasuke can see limbos and limbo needs to get back to madara's body once in a while to recharge or something.So if sasuke can fend them off for a some time then,limbos need to get back to madara's body.That means sasuke wont have to fight limbos forever or there is no need to seal limbos.When limbos disappear,sasuke can attack madara.
Limbos will be there as long as madara is alive.If madara is dead,then there wont be any limbos

one more point i like to add is that limbos are nothing but shadow clone which means it can be eliminated.If an attack can harm limbo, then that attack used should destroy limbo.

I dont think it is stated that limbo's can only be sealed.Naruto blocked one limbo with a shadow clone and hermite rod.So limbo is technically not sealed.
There is only one hermite rod and that is used to block one limbo,that means we dont know how naruto can seal 4 other limbos without hermite rod

Again it adds nothing to his susanoo's durability. It was said he was able to block the light because of the chakra from his eye, susanoo is just a means to cover a large area.
