Kakashi basically is fodder right now. He should shut up. He has no information that goes beyond Sasuke's perceptions, nor strength or authority to speak from. Same frankly goes for Sakura. Sasuke & Naruto are the ones carrying this war at this juncture.

Regarding Madara, Solo King is down? I doubt it. I think Madara will absorb Kaguya. Hopefully Kaguya isn't final villain because... Just. It doesn't fit. She hasn't really had any role in the manga so far. And it's hard to really care about her character, as she's not even a human.

Madara has been part of the story since nearly the beginning... Kaguya wasn't even mentioned until 646... I mean come on guys do the math. She isn't the Final Villain. It's just not something that narration-wise makes sense. It'd make more sense Orochimaru is the final villain frankly.
