I think after this betrayal by black zetsu, madara will feel guilty what he has done up till now on the will of evil.... so to reconcile he will help shinobi world and will die at the end taking kaguya with him... and may be he use gedo before death to revive died shinobis.

I came to think it because tenten saved his head band so she may return it to him to die as a shinobi...
