Naruto used the black chakra orbs to make those 6 rasengans. I'm assuming when Naruto powers up or is prepared to attack, they appear on his back.

Dude the black orbs just reappeared behind Naruto's back after that jutsu finished. Look at the kanji on the third scan you posted. It's not a drawing mistake. Those orbs came back automatically and they don't disappear after you use it.

Naruto can form and deform his Gudou Damas near instantly, I imagine when he is relaxed they disappear, when he prepares to attack they appear.

Those kind of drawing mistakes usually happen to every Mangaka, whose mangas are published weekly.
Usually, it's an assistant's job to notice and tell the author if he makes such little drawing mistakes, as Kishi is more concentrated on creating the accurate dialogues and the storyboard of the chapters. It seems, his assistants have gotten lazy lately...
Nonetheless, those mistakes will be corrected in the Tankōbon version.

No, even when shown from a long distance , they're not behind his back ... =D

Because there was a time-gap. The orbs were thrown very high and it was going to take some time for it to return back to Naruto. In fact, Naruto had to throw it quite high to ensure that he and his comrades doesn't get caught up in the blast. Plus, the little conversation Team 7 had with each other didn't lasted long.

If you notice, the black balls are not just shown, they are shown coming back from the sky. Theres even that sound effect for each of em.

Also Kishi isn't the only person drawing, he has a team so its possible they didn't know about it on that page, its gonna be fixed in the Viz translation.
