Yo guys, it's me again.
I wanted to ask, if there's any way that I can Resize pics without them losing Quality?
I am currently using BeFunky Editor. You can suggest me a new free Editor as well.

I use this for resizing and cropping, its been a great help for me. Unlike some other sites, this lets you resize freely.

No, dotted borders aren't possible on anything except Gimp I think.

But I would suggest you to use Photoshop, even if it's not free

You can scale up raster image without losing quality.
I doesn't matter if you use photoshop or paint.

I suggest you use Photoshop in the filter gallery then nik collection, there are borders there

See if you want to crop or resize image the best option is you use photoshop, cuz it didn't destroys the quality of image as well as if you selected cropping option with higher pixels it adds up the quality to it, also adding up border and other stuff are easy with it rather than other softwares (actually i don't know much about others) so try using photoshop the CS6, handy and easy to use :bye:
