Name: Obi Wan Kenobi
Nickname: Obby, The White Knight (ホワイトナイト, Howaitonaito)
Gender: Male
Age: 28
Clan: Hyūga clan (日向一族, Hyūga Ichizoku)
Looks: Obi Wan's appearance is that of a humble man wearing his clans traditional white robe pants and shirt tied at the waist with a leather belt. He wears a long brown robe with wide sleeves for ease of use when fighting with his sword. He also carries a ninja pouch on both sides carrying various small ninja tools. He wears his brown hair short, slightly spiky at the top, followed by a long, thin braid hanging off his right side, a tradition amongst young men of the Hyuuga Clan. He wears medium-length leather boots that are suited for walking long distances.
Personality: In his youth, the loyal and dedicated Obi-Wan Kenobi possessed a dry sense of humor and sarcastic wit, yet he dealt with a lot of emotional anxiety. Yoda said that he sensed Qui-Gon Jinn's defiance in him, but spoke very highly of him nonetheless. Jinn himself reflected upon Obi-Wan's considerable knowledge and potential; he also considered his Padawan a lot wiser than him. Despite having been apprenticed to the radical Qui-Gon Jinn, Kenobi was relatively orthodox in his views. Kenobi had a strong friendship with Commander Cody, who saved his life aboard an Arquitens-class light cruiser when the corridor was blown off by General Grievous. Cody reached out and grabbed Kenobi's hand before the General was sucked into the vacuum of space.
As a young Hyuuga, Kenobi was cynical, though wise beyond his years. His humble and soft-spoken demeanor belied his warrior prowess. Despite his numerous complaints during flight, he was also a skilled pilot. In many ways, he represented the strength of the old Hyuuga Clan: steadfast, selfless, and modest. His later skill at resolving disputes without a single battle would earn him the sobriquet The Negotiator.
Over time, Kenobi lost some of his youthful audacity and assumed the role of a more cautious and conservative mentor to Jayce Uchiha, who was in many ways his opposite in personality. Kenobi carefully measured his actions in any situation, garnering him the aforementioned nom de guerre. Kenobi was also known to be an accomplished storyteller. While hiding in the Jundland Wastes in his later years, he appeared as a kindly and eccentric old hermit (or, in Owen Lars' words, "That wizard is just a crazy old man") to those not familiar with the ways of the Hyuuga. In his final days, Kenobi retained his traits of patience and foresight as well as gaining some of the boldness reminiscent of his youth.
Obi-Wan often thought out plans and strategies rather than leaping into action. He would usually place his hand on his chin or stroke his beard as he thought. This was a common trait of the Hyuuga, one that his apprentice Jayce Uchiha did not practice very often.
Village Info
Village of Birth: Konohagakure
Village of Alliance: Konohagakure
Rank//Chakra Info
Ninja Rank: Sannin
Specialty:
Byakugan
As a member of the Hyūga clan, Obi Wan possessed the Byakugan, a dōjutsu kekkei genkai which granted him near-360° vision, along with x-ray vision, and the ability to see chakra networks, amongst other things. The Byakugan however, does have a small blind spot located at the third upper thoracic vertebrae — a weakness of which Obi Wan was actually aware of and took extra precaution in concealing it from opponents. While the Byakugan naturally has an immediate 50 meter field of vision when activated, Obi Wan was able to increase its range several times that by the age of 18, to at least 800 meters. Later on, at the age of 28, as he became more experienced with it, he was able to see beyond 20km (21km), an unprecedented act for someone of his age. He was also noted to have a particularly strong Byakugan in comparison to the other members of the Hyūga clan.
Kenjutsu
After many years of training with his sensei Castiel, Obi Wan has shown proficiency with a blade. With his vast knowledge and wisdom of the chakra system along with his experience in swordplay, Obi Wan once saved an entire village from the demise of an evil overlord, earning him the moniker, The White Knight.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 30 (-5 per turn to keep active)
Damage: N/A
Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterful of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding aggressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Cannot be blinded by matter, chakra, light or energy
Note: Its tracking abilities are similar to that of a 3 Tomoe Sharingan

Background Info
History: Born in Konohagakure in the Land of Fire, Kenobi was taken as the Hyuuga apprentice of Qui-Gon Jinn and traveled on many missions with him. During an invasion of Naboo Village, Kenobi became the first Hyuuga in many years to defeat a Sith Lord in combat when he defeated Darth Maul during the Battle of Naboo, yet lost his master in the same duel. 10 years later in the Land of Waves, Kenobi found the Clone army on Kamino Village, and he was captured and almost executed in the Petranaki arena in Geonosis Village, along with Jayce and Isabella Uchiha. The newly arrived Mandalores rescued them, but the following battle began a long country-wide war.
Kenobi fought during many battles of the Clone Wars, and was one of the last members of the Hyuuga Council. Even after his apprentice became a full-fledged Uchiha, Kenobi and Jayce fought together many times, becoming a widely renowned pair. Kenobi earned the sobriquet "The Negotiator" through his charm and calm demeanor as well as the quiet threat of his abilities with a lightsaber. During the war, an old enemy returned to haunt Kenobi: Darth Maul, the murderer of Qui-Gon Jinn. With aid of his brother, Savage Opress, the revived Sith Lord went to create a criminal organization, all the while plotting revenge on his most despised adversary. Kenobi clashed blades with Maul on occasion across the ninja world. He was devastated as Maul slew the Hyuuga's past love interest, Duchess Satine Kryze of Mandalore, in cold blood, yet remained strong throughout the conflict. Later in the war, Jayce saved his life in a battle fought over Coruscant Village, after which Kenobi killed General Grievous on Utapau Village. However, he was soon betrayed, as Commander Cody, following Order 66, attacked him.
Kenobi met up with his old mentor Grand Master Yoda, and the two realized that not many Hyuuga had survived the attacks. The two returned to the Hyuuga Temple, where they learned the agonizing truth: Jayce, now lost to the dark side of the Uchiha Clan, had led an attack to kill all Hyuuga remaining in the Hyuuga Temple, following orders from Danzo Shimura, the ruler of the successor of Konohagakure in the Land of Fire. Kenobi traveled to Konoha in order to duel his former apprentice and friend. Finally, Jayce was taken in by a storm of lava, and Kenobi remorsefully left him to die. While Yoda, one of the few other Hyuuga to survive the Great Hyuuga Purge, went into exile, Kenobi took the son of Jayce and Isabella Uchiha, Lucas Uchiha, to live with the Lars family in Tatooine Village in an unknown country. He became a friend of the young Uchiha as he grew up, but he did not tell Lucas his actual identity.
Kenobi re-emerged several years later, shortly before the Battle of Yavin. After Leia Organa, Jayce's daughter and Lucas Uchiha's twin sister, was captured by the Akatsuki, she contacted him desperately. Kenobi gave Lucas his father's sword and traveled with him to Alderaan in Han Solo's Falcon summon, only to realize that the Kyuubi had destroyed the village. Kenobi entered the village with Lucas, Han, Chewbacca, C-3PO, and R2-D2, in order to rescue Organa, but Jayce sensed his presence. In a duel with his former apprentice, Kenobi caused a distraction to allow Lucas to escape, vanishing into a cloud of smoke the moment Jayce struck him with his weapon. Three years later, he returned to Lucas to lead him to Dagobah in order to learn from Master Yoda. He even carried out his role as a mentor to the younger Uchiha through unknown means, remaining a significant influence on Lucas Uchiha's foundation of the New Uchiha Clan and Hyuuga Clan Treaty.
Other
Obi-Wan Kenobi proved himself to be a great military strategist, which resulted in his attaining the rank of Village Official along with Danzo Shimura during the Clone Wars. He personally led his troops to many famous victories on places such as: Raxus Prime, Muunilinst and Utapau, as well as countless others. His persuasive demeanor earned him the moniker of "The Negotiator," and his tactical skills allowed Konoha to minimize casualties during many of their battles. His knowledge and wisdom were key elements to the victory for Konoha.
His strategic ability was also shown in his sword combat. Applying the principles of Soresu and Sokan, he often took advantage of his superior defensive capabilities and position on the battlefield to win his battles with as little effort exhausted as possible. He used this particular strategy to tire his former Padawan out and sever his legs and left arm on Mustafar.
Despite his dislike of flying, Kenobi was an excellent pilot. As a Padawan, he was known as one of the greatest pilots in Konoha and the Hyuuga Clan, expressing great interest in Duck Summoning from his sensei, Castiel. During the Clone Wars, he led many attacks from his personal flying duck summon.
Kenobi was also a skilled hand to hand combatant especially in Jyuuken. Although still in training at the Hyuuga Temple and having undergone extensive sparring matches with Masters Jinn and Windu, he developed a considerable level of skill in unarmed combat, enough so to outclass Pre Vizsla, leader of the Death Watch, in both their bouts of the sword as well as their fists. During his duel with Jango Fett in Kamino, Kenobi was briefly deprived of his sword, and fought the bounty hunter in unarmed combat.
