What if it was Itachi was in Madara's place with Susanoo activated and Totsuka blade held in one hand? We know that Sakura doesn't have intel on Totsuka

Kaguya called Itachi "Invincible" whikle Madara called Tsunade(Sakura at same level) FODDER
MS isn't even necessary because All Sakura do is punch and heal and Itachi is WAY to fast to get hit.
Sakura/Tsunade have ZERO speed feat and they CANNOT tank Amaterasu.
Regular Sharingan is not necessary just a sword and he will speed blitz sakura and cut he in 2.
Also.Itachi defeated Oro and a 7 headed snake in 15 seconds flat AFTER fighting Sasuke.
