Sasuke must understand that normal people have feelings, his arrogance and selfish ways prevents him to realize that both Sakura and Kakashi would die for him. Sakura is in love with him and Kakashi intends to protect his teamates till the end because of what happened to Rin and Obito. Sasuke is so blinded by his past losses that it makes him unable to see what he still has and what he could lose. Sasuke is definitly not suited to be Hokage as he is right now, he needs to mature emotionnaly. He has a long way to go before this is possible.

Neither Sasuke, nor Naruto are fit for the task & I highly doubt either one will become Kage's either. Sasuke may have arrogance, but Naruto has ADD & suffers from immaturity. At this point in time, the only people viable are Kakashi & Shikamaru. Maybe when Naruto & Sasuke get older (if so, it'll be together), but as of this moment, they BOTH make terrible Kage's. They both have to get on that Gaara path & neither can do it right now.

Yes, initially her intention was indeed to kill him, but did she? She stood long enough behind him with a kunai placed an inch away from his back... And what happened? Nothing! If she really had ''found it in her'' to kill him, then he would be dead already. Even clueless Sai managed to understand her reasons and has explained them clearly enough... You may agree or disagree with her actions (I know I disagree), but you should be able to understand her point of view at that point in time, even if you're not pleased with it. That is the exact thing that Naruto&Co is trying to get rid off you retard, including Sasuke, tobirama and anyone else's stupid behaviors.
Raikage used to be cocky, if you had followed the manga you would know he has changed since his "fight" with Naruto, Even onoki who was a cocky old bag of -sht changed once he saw Gaara and Naruto's behavior, goals and honesty. Everyone excluding Sasuke and tobirama has changed for the good. I don't expect tobirama to be better you know why? Because's he's ****-in dead. Once the arc finishes tobirama won't be there anymore and sasuke will be.

Neither Naruto nor Sasuke are ready to be Hokage at this time. They both have flaws. Someone is going to have to be Hokage while these two mature. While being two of the most powerful ninja in the world is important they need more than that to be a good Hokage. Look at Hashirama. Even he failed to beat Madara.

at the very least, Naruto has shown more maturity than Sasuke in acknowledging his own flaws and showing he is capable of caring about someone other than himself, even if they aren't from Konoha. Naruto doesn't need to have someone else's personality to show he is mature. The village looks up to him, they are inspired by him, and came to respect him because of the person he is.

on a more serious note, that moment made him less and less likable in my book ever since he got involved in the war. When i was a fan, i always knew there was some jerk in him, but moments like that one makes me remember why i didn't like him from the start.

because the perception of others didn't matter when those guys became a Kage. Those ppl were Kage because they were either the strongest person in their village or because someone made them their successor. And seeing as though neither applies to Sasuke, he has to make that effort.

the irony in this post lies in how butthurt you are over someone showing so much criticizing for a fictional character. Completely agree, despite Sasuke's intelligence he has no capacity to be Hokage, one of the most important traits a leader needs is to be able to listen to advise from others but at the same time not let one's advise dominate their decisions. Sasuke has made both mistakes, he either ignores the advise given to him or he lets the advisor manipulate him.

Then their is the way he treats his allies, he left Taka to die, and he didn't blink at leaving the Alliance to die, and here he showed a complete disregard for the advise of others.

I believe this sasuke is probably showing what Indra was like, a person who thinks power is the key to peace, sasuke seems to only acknowledge those who are on his level, which is naruto atm, he doesn't think sakura and kakashi or anyone else to be able to contribute because they are weak.

I voted I disagree on the poll but only because I think Kishi will make Sasuke hokage in order to right the wrongs of the past. Currently Sasuke does not have the qualities needed to become hokage outside of power. He has intelligence, he is powerful and he is good at strategizing when he has no emotional attachment to his quarry. He was arrogant before the SO6P gave him power and it looks as though his arrogance has grown since then.

My opinion has nothing to do with his attitude toward Sakura. Sakura did try to kill him after all. His disrespectful attitude toward his sensei is another thing though. It shows his immaturity and his arrogance that he cannot show respect to his teacher who spent his time and energy teaching him and trying to keep him alive.

Just like Obito and Madara his arrogance could be his downfall. I think somehow either during the war or shortly thereafter Sasuke is going to get his comeuppance in some way that will make him realize that people are more important than power and that he needs to earn their trust and respect as Naruto had to before he has any hope of becoming hokage.
