To be fair he didnt actually say "i cant move" when he was cornered by naruto and sasuke, like he did this latest chapter. You can also see he escaped upwards from naru and sasu, its possible a limbo clone simply overlapped with him.

Things don't have to be spoonfed to you, if he could he wouldn't have switched and actually saved a Limbo clone for later use such as holding back Sasuke.

Proof it didn't completely halt his movement? He couldn't move so he switched, and then his Limbo couldn't move an inch either. Last 2 times BZ injected black shit into someone he survived and made BZ his *****, idk, he might be done he might not big deal.
