How far does Kakashi go up the ladder now that he no longer has sharingan?
No sharingan means:

No Kamui
No Genjutsu
No chakra detection
No perfect Raikiri
No copying Jutsu
No precieving movements
No boosted reflexes.

Less chakra drainage
More use of the other hundreds of jutsu he knows.
More use of ninja tools

The sharingan only allowed him to copy the handseals, nothing else. The jutsu are in his brain
