Well the majority say ''How can Madara not react on Black zetsu''
''This sucks blabla'' but the thing is, He would never expect to kill himself.

This is what I think that happened.

Now first of all Madara was originally the reincarnation of Indra, this is obvious, he died against Hashirama
and Indra's chakra passed on to Sasuke, Madara awakened the rinnegan and died, he was revived and
shortly after that he became the Juubi jin, he basically forced himself to be some sort of reincarnation of Kaguya, and obtain her power [

Kaguya saw Madara as a mere pawn look at what black zetsu said.

Since Indra's time was over and Madara forced himself and created the power of Kaguya, Her ''will'' was passed on to Madara.. Madara created black zetsu from his own will.. Madara's will changed so did zetsu's.

Which means Black zetsu = Kaguya's will.

Kaguya sees Madara as a pawn, so did black zetsu and thus attacked Madara.
a perfect example of utter betrayal.

In the end Madara failed due to the lack of Knowledge (He probably didn't know about the reincarnation stuff)
And all that power he wanted so badly.

there was deffinatly a change in personality in bz so the madara changing thing could be similiar since he wanted her power and path. i also think it has to do with madara being connected to the gedo. madara thought he was so smart but he didnt actually know everything

I can agree to this, Madara absorbing the tree (which apparently was inhabited by Kaguya) and seeking power ultimately led to Black Zetsu's betrayal.

Though, that would make Black Zetu's speech a little odd, since he insinuates Kaguya has been manipulating him longer than just 5 chapters, that she has somehow been using the darkness in his heart to control him all this time (though using another method is a huge possibility). However, after reading over your thread, you didn't explicitly state when Kaguya took over him, just some time after he became the Juubi Jin.

Another potential theory is that Madara's will became Kaguya's as soon as he opted for IT.

No, Madara considered himself the savior, the one who finished kaguya's "plan"
But I think Kaguya didn't plan that she just wanted to do things herself.. Madara didn't
Realize that.. But zetsu's will is changed to the point of completely following Kaguya's orders

Kaguya is not in need of Madara and thus killed him
