If the original owner goes inactive and somebody else has an approved bio of the character the active user of the bio becomes the owner. Since LA is the active user of this bio he is the owner of the bio now and since I haven't seen any permissions or whatever I'm not approving this. PM me otherwise and I'll move the bio back
