People forget to higlight this about current chapter.Sasuke sharinnegan is need to remove infinite tsukyomi ,this mean Sasuke can cast this jutsu if he wanted.Naruto do not have any knowledge of this jutsu (untill sasuke inform him) and defenses.

Kaguya was able to use infinite tsukyomi on fodder enemy without using the moon in the past.If she did used the moon to cast infinite tsukyomi then there will not be any shinobi alliance or villages because everyone will be trap in the jutsu.

This show Sasuke can cast infinite tsukyomi on Naruto directly (without the moon ) and indirectly(with the moon),Sasuke have senju dna/power from Kabuto and hashirama which allow him to use wood release .The wood release will help Sasuke keep Naruto in eternal slumber

Sasuke only said he can probably cancel the genjutsu, not use it. Knowing how to use the jutsus is needed you know, Sasuke didn't show to know how to use it, he only analyzed the effect it has on everyone else. Maybe if he can copy it from when Madara used it since his left eye is the Rinnegan+Sharingan (Rinnegan can use all jutsus and Sharingan can copy most).

You said Naruto doesn't know anything about it, or until Sasuke explained it but guess what, Naruto isn't alone. He has the 9 Bijuus inside of him and they all have an enormous amount of knowledge, they were the Juubi after all and if you haven't forgotten, Kurama knew about the Juubi's attacks when he was warning Naruto back when they were fighting the Juubi (pre-Edo Hokages). Naruto also can switch between the Bijuus as Kurama has done before and each Bijuu have their own power which Naruto can use.

For all you know, Naruto can use all the power at once which would give him Juubi powers. We haven't seen everything Sasuke and Naruto can do. Sasuke has the potential to use any jutsu but we don't know if he can do all jutsus with only 1 rinnegan since Obito and Madara couldn't access all of their powers with only 1 eye. Sasuke doesn't know any wood jutsus so that's out of the question since he wasn't present in any of the fights it was used and Hashirama vs Madara was some distance from him and Sasuke was focused on Juubito to really be memorizing wood jutsus.

Both are new to their powers, Naruto have the black orbs, He could have covered them in a shield as Obito and Madara both did and they used COAT with it so if Naruto can also use that then all of his attacks would be deadly for anyone. It's still too early to tell really.
