gay relationships between men were very common, in fact, as common as relationships with women?

so basically saying gay marriage is wrong is saying part of the ancient greek culture is wrong when in fact we know it's very well advanced to its time. what do you think

Yes, I know.

Even the famous 300 Spartans were having that kind of relationship with each other to strengthen their bonds. o,o

I wonder why you are using ancient Greece to prove your view point.

This thread is stupid.

i actually dont think that gay marriage is the best thing in the world. it's just that if an advanced civilization does something, then why can't we do it like that.

Yes I know and I also know that young boys - man relationships were very common as only a man could teach a boy to become a real man. I also know that several of the Greek city-states were quite the hardcore sexists. You might want to rethink your perception about the relations between how modern day society views certain things and Greeks viewed them over 2 millennia ago.

I don't have any problems with gay marriage, but don't go abusing history.

PS: Stop multi posting please, it's against the rules.
