If he had answered Sakura's question without being a stupid hater , he would have had +30 seconds to make a strategy and explain it.
So Sasuke lost 30 seconds by being an asssshooole.

After losing this precious time Sasuke begins to explain the unelaborated strategy: "My rinnegan could be the key , you'll have to protect me at all costs , do as you want , only I need to stay alive".

Yes, and Sakura is viral towards the strategy, for one she has intel on most things, due to the hokage records.
She is a quick thinker and is the closest mind to Shikamaru they have got. She will possibly be able to identify weak spots, and ways to counter regeneration.
Knows the make up of a zetsu ( useful info)
Sasuke is just arrogant and doesn't want to be told what to do.
Also , she is the only one who can't play decoy , gather information, and survive.

Naruto has plot-shield no jutsu he would've been fine
