People forget to higlight this about current chapter.Sasuke sharinnegan is need to remove infinite tsukyomi ,this mean Sasuke can cast this jutsu if he wanted.Naruto do not have any knowledge of this jutsu (untill sasuke inform him) and defenses.

Kaguya was able to use infinite tsukyomi on fodder enemy without using the moon in the past.If she did used the moon to cast infinite tsukyomi then there will not be any shinobi alliance or villages because everyone will be trap in the jutsu.

Kurama

and

Nine different and seperate entities with personalities/emotions that dwell inside Naruto because they want to lend him their power. Naruto is a walking borrowed power up.

Naruto isnt the body hes only half the lifeforce(half uzumaki) and possibly the kthers to an even lesser degree. The kyubi makes up the rest of it as do the tailed beasts(arsepull powerup).
Sasuke has the eyes yin and chakra of the sage. So based upon that Sasuke is above the naruto.
