I have no idea what is wrong with Kishi.
He managed to turn the majority of these unique characters from part 1 into a bunch of 1-D chumps i could care less.

I think IT portayted as something more comedic with people have minor issues and solutions as if they never had to deal with whole struggles theu did. For ex. Lee had a shallow dream but because in a dreamland people did not ever have the whole those huge problems such as working through shit in order to self approve. Both Tenten and Lee had Neji alive in their dream as if he never died which says something; because they would never would see his death in a perfect world. But they would not take the stupid little things they saw in IT over his life if he had a chance to be alive again.
