In the latest chapter Kishi shows on the first page all the villages being consumed by Infinite Tsukuyomi however the Lightning Village was already destroyed as it was the headquarters for the Alliance and was obliterated by the Juubi what do you guys think about this

Actually It might not have been destroyed. The HQ might have been at a place outside of the village. It would make sense, as you would not want to have a potential target, inside the village.

But who knows. Perhaps only part of the village was destroyed.
