Btw I believe Sasukes PS has Yata mirror that's why the light dosnt work! Like Sasuke said, he made the susanoo with his eye and those eyes belonged once to Itachi who hade the spririt weapons!

The spirit weapons weren't bound to Itachi's eyes. So Sasuke doesn't have them.
