Arent ghosts and spirits the same thing essentially? Ghost is just a scary/derogatory term for spirit. I agree and have learned that energy cannot be created or destroyed, and that we do either pass on in a sense or our energy lingers here til we accept whats happened.

I have had a couple of experiences so i certainly believe. I believed though before i had those experiences, the encounter just made it more realistic than ever obviously. I also have a few friends who certainly have some....6th sense that is hard to explain on here without someone actually seeing it or knowing someone themselves and can relate.
