DMS Obito would definitely be one of the most broken characters in the manga. If he can snipe while phasing then gg.
i don't know if there would be any way to beat him.

Also ppl seem to forget that while fighting Obito ,its not about power...its about having the right abilities to counter his unique style. Naruto always had bijuu damas and sheer raw power but we saw that it fails against kamui, even madara couldn't do shyt, so he had to counter kamui with kakashi's kamui.
No matter how strong you are...it won't matter much if your head gets sniped off by a guy who u can't even touch.

What he means by passive is that it's automatic, it activates subconsciously while his mangekyo is on. Kinda like gaaras sand, since it only activates when necessary. Unless he makes it so it doesn't (when he tries to grab people). Or when he uses his eyes other ability.

If he had both eyes he can remain intangible and kamui snipe or warp himself to kamui dimension.

There is nothing you can do to this guy. He can then safely send his face to the normal dimension hidden and kamui snipe naruto to kamui dimension.

Then leave.

I don't see why everyone thinks Obito can kamui snipe whilst phasing with double ms. You know how phasing works right? He activates kamui on only specific parts of his body. There's no proof he can use kamui again whilst another kamui is still active.Can Sasuke hit someone with tsukiyomi and amaterasu at the same time?
