Will finally be coming home. All U.S troop will withdraw by the end of 2016. Until than there will be 9,800 troops in Afghanistan.

OT: Yeah right. Remember Obama's promise in 2008. They'll reassure their stronghold in Afghanistan with some military bases. I very much doubt they'll return all soldiers.
