How does Naruto touch him if intangibility is a passive ability

In order to beat obito's ability all you have to do is continually attack him for more than 5mins anyone with a considerable amount of chakra can do that

Remember Konan he lost an arm fighting her he survived thanks to izanagi plus his kamui is not fast enough to absorb naruto who now has an heightened ability to sense things his ability to become intagible is good but its not really different from danzou's lengthened izanagi
