Two bios is the limit buddy.. And none of those bios are approved..

Is This Why They Don't Accept Me But I don't Think So It Is

You at least need to have an approved bio. Reborn or Caliburn haven't approved any of those you listed.

Not Really Matters In Current Situation But No 4 Is limit

What the....where did you read you can have 4 bios? The limit is always 2 so I'm declining the newest ones you made. Second, village Kages have their own methods they go through when approving members to join. Some put it to a vote, some let seemingly anyone join, it's up to the Kage. But one thing that is generally universal is you at least need an approved bio. Not 5 pending ones.
