Not really, different circumstances come into play. Emotions, fatigue from previous fights, handicap fights, injuries, illnesses, etc.
How so? Even then may statement is still true because those things will effect the strenght of the character making them stronger or weaker,

No, There are a lot of contributing factors to victory including carelessness, assistance, condition, and luck

Those thigs effect the strenght of the character still, it makes them either stronger or weaker.

Luck does not count as a concistent nor a controllable factor in strength so it actually has no relevance.
Basically luck is something entirely different all together
