Sakura has to stay in Sasuke's susanoo and she's a close ranged fighter so she can't attack Madara. There's also the limbo clones that she cant sense yet so she'd need to work with the team to find and get rid of them. Now her best bet is to heal and help people break out of the genjutsu.
