but wasn't he able to transform 2 more than any other espada. he had a double transformation if i remember correctly

me personally i think he is the strongest espada due to the extent he brought ichigo too. ichigo never got pushed so far until he fought him to save orihime. and we've never saw that ichigo hollow form since. i know it isn't as strong as the form he used to beat aizen but still it was very strong

I personally don't, but it was never explaine who is stronger espada. Personally i would go with Starrk, but Yammy, Ulq and Barragan are also candidates for first place.
I have some debate on Asylum.
