They are equal hypothetically but in reality someone would hold and edge and that's Naruto certainly...

9 Tailed beasts... and they IMO aren't just an edge but a whole different power source...

naruto also has truth seeking balls for precise and power hits while he can also defend himself with them. shadow clones makes it harder to fight him to

regardless of what kishi said do you know what equal means? equal does not have to mean they are as strong as each other it could just mean that they will both be on the same level. it could just as well be a metaphorical equal for all we know

just like how roughly jirairy(without sage mode) = orochimaru but it doesnt mean one isnt stronger then the others. maybe they were more equal with bm naruto and ems sasuke but in my eyes naruto is above sasuke especially with his truth seeking balls. sasuke just doesnt have the fire power to compete with naruto and now that naruto has upgraded bm mode with truth seeking balls he practically has a better defense then susanno

now im not saying that sasuke is weak or isnt god-tier just that naruto > sasuke. recent scans show that naruto is the more powerful of the two.

No, this is the same as saying that Naruto could beat Sasuke in part 1 because Rasengan made a bigger impact and we know that's not true.

Not to mention that Naruto looked to be stronger up until that point and he still lost.

At this point Sasuke looks to be superior, but they're equal.

Just like they were pretty much equal at the V.O.T.E .

Does this mean that both are going to die? Maybe, but I think it means more like there will never be a gauranteed win for one of them when they fight.

Also Ashura, or Naruto, will never be able to stand up to Indra, or Sasuke, without the help of their friends. That's why Kishi has never had Naruto solo, because he's tryong to say that two heads are better than one. However, this kind of backfires when Sasuke can fight on equal terms alone when he's fighting 10 other characters working together.

Recent scans show that Naruto has more destructive strength.. >__>

There's more to a fight then seeing who can make the biggest explosion.

well he did say that when naruto and sasuke fight each other,they will be equal.
Kishi did say that when naruto is given a power up,He got to think abt sasuke bec he wants to keep sasuke = naruto.
