I like both naruto and sauce
I hated her since part 1 because she's a hypocrite and overall useless/annoying.
I really like Sakura. When she had her chance, she was really impressive. Specially because it was just the beggining of Part II and she has shown great stuff

You only brought up things from one arc. That shows how limited her feats are. After that fight to showcase her part 2 development, Kishi stopped caring about her. She became less of a warrior and more of a damsel.
