If they retain their personalities Hashirama would be unwilling to kill Tobirama. So the other Kage would probably have to team up to have a chance at beating the Senju bros. Also, under the assumption that they retained their personalities, it would just end up being Hokages vs Kazekages vs Tsuchikages vs Mizukages vs Raikages. Or they wouldn't fight at all because they all love/fear Hashirama. Or they might gang up on him because they know he's the strongest. I'm psyching myself out here
