No, in the war arc he constantly released Susanoo here and there, he didn't have it on 100% whole time and also he was infused with Kuramas power that gave him a huge chakra boost and protected him from damage, to an extent.

sasuke also implied that a higher form of ssn would induce even more ache

and he had only maintained his rudimentary ssn ribcage for 10-20 seconds b4 complaining

now , to the war arc (b4 getting kurama cloak) , he activated V4->V1 to fight zetsu fodders , used legless complete ssn to fodderize juubi clones (around the same amount of time he last used it in the summit) yet he didn't complain about it.....

OT: To conclude , it's more likely the case that kishi has been turning a blind eye to the drawbacks of SSN when it comes to EMS(or even MS sasuke vs danzo , alas)

It isn't an assumption, it's a fact. It is not a pain endurance feat for Sasuke.

fact : EMS grants users immunity to eyesight deterioration due to MS usage and to an extent boost their occular prowess .
other than these none of the other drawbacks of using MS SSN has been stated to vanish should EMS users use SSN

Not really, His body would get used to using Susanoo eventually. Remember how Naruto destroys all the cells in his body constantly when he is using Nine Tails Chakra?
