1:Betray the Leaf
2:Sided with the Enemies
3:Attack Killer B and made attempt to kidnap Killer B
4:Attack the Kage Summit, this is consider treason
5:He became a rogue ninja and killed good people
6:He killed Danzo which is a big "NO" even if Danzo was flaw and fake, it's still a "No" since Danzo was important and apart of the Higher up of the Laaf Village

You can't compare one negative feat from each person to one person who committed all of those feats simultaneously.

Difference is that this time they had a common enemy , an enemy where Sasuke was a part of. Not to mention sabotage of a possible alliance is a different approach. Samurai where guarding the place where all great nations where, and killed samurai that only defended the place and tried to keep under control. Sasuke made the first move in attacking all great nations. He's a missing nin as well. You were only making excuses for him.
