if i kill many people over death of someone and a 17 y.o old kid with delusional words[becoz my master think so] looks like that dead person i can go on redemption crusade like i went on revenge crusade.

Traumatized individuals are different from normal ones. You can't compare Nagato's decisions to someone who lived a stable life.

With an unstable mind comes unpredictable reasoning. Nagato was very traumatized and was a very confused individual.

Nagato killed Hanzo and every single innocent women/child in his clan, to liberate and protect millions ( the rain village).

Most often than not, during Revolutions they kill the families of previous rulers in order to prevent any rebellions later on.

Family members would hold a grudge against the current ruler and some people would argue that those members have the right of blood to rule.

Killing them would avoid that risk.

if it hadnt been for itahci, they stood a chance of preventing the war by sending in a competant spy who could inform them of the akatsuki plans ten years before thye happen.
naruto and bee DID die because itachi stupidly let madara off his leash and abandoned them to fight obito alone.
