I would like a reason why people believe she is not the final villain or won't be making an appearance.
Well, Madara actually activated IT so i assume that Madara is indeed FV.
Plus, we do not know if Kaguya is alive or not. It is not clear for her to become FV.

It would be the last and biggest Mistake from Kishi, when he would do that....Because she has no connection to any of the characters, save for Madara.
She would also be a grandiose asspull of a final villain.
Doesn't matter, because regardless team 7, edo tensia are still standing so Madara had to fight with him, Kaguya will once consume Madara once he's in his weakened state.

Yes, she'd be an asspull, and unlike Madara, she wouldn't have a reasonable connection to any of the characters (save for Madara himself, obviously).Like Madara has much of a connection in the first place. He's connected to Obito, Hashirama, and Tobirama, and... That's it.
Asspull? Please.
Regarding everything else that others have said, do we have an exact confirmation of the end date of the manga? Nope.
What more is there for Kaguya to do? Kishi can create more opportunities for her easily.
She'd be too powerful? She'd lose either way, just like whoever the true final villain is.

Lel and that alone warrants her appearance, as the FV, of all things? Heck no.No. No she wouldn't. She's been making appearances every time Madara has done something big recently. She's been talked about already. She's being set up to actually appear. Not an asspull.
And again, how many connections does Madara have? Three? Not a lot...

Yes. Yes it does. She's the beginning of Chakra and of Infinite Tsukuyomi. And she is probably inside the Juubi, which is sentient. Either her or the Juubi is going to remain after Madara's inevitable defeat. It will happen.Lel and that alone warrants her appearance, as the FV, of all things? Heck no.
At least he had some, and wasn't an asspull history lesson told later on in the second series.
The only two characters in the series who have a chance in hell at stopping her, that's who know Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. But everybody knows the Legend about Madara Uchiha ...every in the World ( exept Gai =D )
And how many knows something about Kaguya lol ? Naruto/Sasuke (?) thats it...

Hopefully it's for the lulz, because Kaguya being the FV would be terrible, overall. It's not a asspull if it keeps being foreshadowed that Kaguya will return,or do you think Kishi keeps throwing those hints out for the lulz?
