Fresh Scream Production a Home Production from Italy is going to make a One Piece live action film. Their first project is a short duration film between 30-40 minute and for that they are trying to get donations, they even made a trailer.
What do you guys think of this? I think it will be not good at all, like the DB movie.

ONE PIECE: THE HUNT BEGINS
The project came from the desire to realize at last a live-action adaptation of one of the most loved manga of recent times, a comics still in publication since 1997, with such a crazy and brilliant story to capture millions of readers all around the world: well yes, we’re talkin’ about “One Piece”! The project is to make a 30-40 minutes video (but even more!) where, as the title suggests, there’ll be told (and retold in some points) the origins of those amazing characters everyone has learnt to love over the years. But the need to make this movie comes from what? The reasons are different, and the film industry at the time isn’t workin’ on any project concerning “One Piece” world. So, if you’re intending and inquiring to see Zoro, Nami, Usop, Sanji and the legendary Luffy / “Straw Hat” moving in a world more similar to ours, always looking for troubles and adventures, you have the opportunity to make it possible immediately! Right here you can directly support this big dream.
THE STORY
We do not intend to reveal too much and spoil the surprise, but you can be absolutely certain of one thing: we’re going to kill nothing has been already told in the original play. The story, as said before, won’t start with some already mature and conscientious characters, but will try to show the origins in a new interpretation. And how to do this, if not starting from the beginning? The movie will show the most iconic moments of the series, explaining what the One Piece is, the Devil Fruits, the reason why Luffy wears the straw hat and much more. For each sequence we’ll maintain the spirit of the manga we all love, with the addition of a little personal touch; the story is going to be told from a different point of view, moving partly away from the playful tone we know so to give life a more realistic and dark setting. Without too many spoilers, we can assure you that in these origins, sailers, battles, gom gom pistol, humour and so much fun won’t miss, all spiced from the wonderful pirate mood.
