What if kabuto, sasuke, and juugo never mastered sage mode?

I thought after mastering sage mode your body doesnt change? refer to naruto, minato, and jirairy's sage mode.

if that is true then why does kabuto's body change? you cant say because he altered his body because after orochimaru took his chakra back he went back to normal meaning it was a chakra based transformation.

also sasuke and juugo. what if kabuto, sas, and juu never mastered sage mode but there bodies are strong enough to handle sage mode. like how jirairy never mastered it but he's strong enough to use sage mode with the side effect of his body changing?

The side affect isn't the body change of curse mark, its chakra drain. Curse mark is the easiest way to obtain sage mode in a hurry.

He really should get that dragon sage mode from kabuto, I'm getting worried that he won't. It would be such a bad @ss design with God Susanoo, adding more horns to resemble the sage, the eyes changing, the different look with his sharinngan, the jutsu's
