Sharingan is one of the three great dojutsu of the Ninja world. the Word sharingan literally means copy wheel eye. The Sharingan is the Kekkei genkai trait of the Uchiha Ichizoku. the uchiha clan. From the manga facts it is said that the sharingan is directly inherited from the sages elder son by the uchiha ichizoku.
The Sharingan got its name as the copy wheel eyes because of its special ability to copy the hand seals of the opponents techniques with ease and perfection. The sharingan also allows the user to perfectly mimic the opponents taijutsu moves with ease. The sharingan is also know for its genjutsu abilities both the cast the genjutsu and also the see through the opponents genjutsu. The sharingan has five stages.
1. One tomo.
2. Two tomo.
3. Three tomo.
4. Mangekyo Sharingan.
5. Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
One tomo:
The shinobi will need to experience a terrifying, stressful and life threatening situation to awaken his sharingan. one tomoe gives the opponent the ability the see chakra flow and perceive motion and also track speed and follow the taijutsu moves of most of the higher ranked ninja than the user. The user will be able to see through C rank genjutsu.
Two tomo:
After gaining the one tomo the user will need to experience another life threatening situation to awaken his two tomo. the two tomo enables the user to track even more higher speed and gives the ability to mimic the perceived motion. With two tomo the user can read the ninjutsu to a certain extent and can pierce through C rank genjutsu.
Three tomo:
It allows the user to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions.When active the user now has the ability to keep up with extremely high speeds and mimic basic taijutsu exactly. With this the user can now copy handseals done by an opponent.The user can now pierce through visual B rank genjutsu and below. It can hypnotize a person who is one rank and above below him.
Mangekyo Sharingan:
The MS know as the kaledioscopic copy wheel eyes is the second strongest form of sharingan. the tomo mark changes to a certain patter which differs from the user to user. the speed in copying and mimicking the techniques is drastically increased and the user will be able to pierce through A rank genjutsu and above. the awakening of MS is achieved by severe emotional change like the death of a dear friend or blood relation. the MS paves way for three unique eye technique called as the amaterasu, Tsukyomi, Sussano.Prolonged usage of MS leads to blindness.the user can perfrom each and every genjutsu without hand seal and just by having eye contact with the opponent.
Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan:
The most powerful form of sharingan and feared as the most powerful dojutsu of the ninja world. The user will not suffer blindness anymore. the EMS is achieved by implantin another blood related MS to the user which leads to the EMS. When active the user can track speeds even further beyond that of the MS. The timing of the users counters, the chaining speed of multiple techniques and the ability to see through the enemy's moves greatly increase even beyond the levels of MS. Not only that but the user gains the ability to see through visual genjutsu A rank and below.
Uchiha Madara, Uchiha Itachi, Uchiha shishui,Uchiha Sasuke, Uchiha Obito are the prominent user of sharingans in the uchiha clan. Hatake kakashi is a very powerful user of the sharingan who is fames as the hero of sharingan the copy ninja hatake kakashi. Danzo shimura also has implanted sharingan with him and also a MS user.

This is what we will be doing, however our training session won't be like the first. I won't be beating you to a pulp but rather train you hard so that you lose the capacity to fight. Then and only then we will begin the real training.
Anyways there are two phases to our training session. First one you will have to find me with your sharingan. The second phase, i will tell you if you make it that far.
Alright for session one, you need to find me! You heard me right, you must find me using your sharingan. I could be anywhere!!!!! Make sure you activate your 1T sharingan on you.. Once you activate you MUST look to the north as it will aid you in awakening the 2Tomoe. Anyways look over there.

As Itachi see's The North in a sudden puff his sensei was gone.
"Oye sensei? abandoned me again? where are you?"
Itachi starts to scan the area around him. He see's left, then right, then front and back. He couldnt find his sensei anywhere.
"Sensei. did ya think am the same itachi the time you previously met me? Heh let me amaze you with my new found power!"
Saying so, Itachi activates his one tomo sharingan..
"SHARINGAN!!!!!"

With his one tomo sharingan active. Itachi starts to scan the area again. As itachi starts the scan the area again. As soon as he scans the north, he turns back and scans the south area. As he scans the area he was able to see a shinobi hiding the the back of a tree. He was able to find him because of his Sharingan which is capable of seeing the persons chakra flow.
"Hiding from me eh sensei?"
Itachi then uses the Hiding like mole technique and suddenly appears before his sensei!
"Gotcha this time! U_U"
"Oye sensei? abandoned me again? where are you?"
Itachi starts to scan the area around him. He see's left, then right, then front and back. He couldnt find his sensei anywhere.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Hrmm.... You find nothing as it was just an imagination..... You can't see me through a tree unless it's a small and not so dense tree, but with the 1T you wouldn't see me through a tree at all.....

"Eh? Was it not her!. Let me scout the are around the path she went with my sharingan."
Keeping the sharingan active, Itachi starts the scan the area in the south for chakra traces. As he starts to scan the area he keeps progressing the are deep in the woods whilst moving forward. Itachi keeps scanning.Deep down in the woods where the density of the trees wasn't thick he was able to pick up a chakra with his sharingan. Though the chakra he was able to pick up was just a small trace. Itachi keenly observed the slight chakra which he was able to trace, and went to that location. as he was nearing the location, he was able to see the chakra very clearly. thanks to his sharingan. From the chakra flow, and the nature of the chakra he was able to deduce that that chakra was similar to the chakra of the persons from the uchiha clan. As he reaches close enough, he was able to clearly see a persons chakra behind a bush! he appeared near and jumped behind the bush to find his sensei hiding on the other side of the thin bush.

With the sharingan and being in a dense forrest, it actually hinders you more than it helps you. Thus you'll need to reconize my chakra signature. You'd have to get to where I was and start from there. YOu can't scan from where you are and scan far away. You do not have the byakagan. You have the sharingan.

Saying so Itachi activates his one tomo sharingan. With his one tomo sharingan active itachi starts to scan the observe the area around him. He scans even the slightest chakra patterns and and distinguishes the different types of chakra present outside.Sensei being from his own clan, Itachi continuously scans the area for the slightest chakra pattern of his clan member. He keeps scanning his environment and moves around the forest trying the observe his sensei's chakra pattern. He then quickly caught a trace of his sensei's chakra pattern, with the slightest chakra pattern as his advantage, his keeps scanning that chakra patterns until he was finally able to completely differentiate his sensei's chakra pattern from others. With the help of his one tomo sharingan he was finally able to track down his sensei who was hiding using his chakra pattern.

You are wrong, every shinobi has a different chakra patter and it's not the same as one from another.The thing is I thought the Uchiha's have the same type of chakra pattern. Correct me if I am wrong!

With that he started to move from that place and continued to scan the areas.. Suddenly he caught a glimpse of chakra pattern but a very slight one. With that chakra pattern as his advantage, he started to scan around the area for more of similar type of chakra patterns. At a certain point in the woods, he was able to get that same chakra pattern once again, but this time slightly more. After his sensei deserted Itachi, Itachi picked up few traces of the chakra signatures left behind by his sensei after activating his one tomo sharingan. As soon as analysing and reading the Traces of chakra patterns left behind by his sensei, Itachi started to scan the area for similar chakra signatures. But it was a difficult process for him to continue that stuff with his one tomo sharingan. He pushed his limits and started to search for his sensei inside the forest. The forest even worsened his chances for finding him as it was difficult to track chakra pattern in the forest. itachi then started to search region by region within the forest tho it was a difficult process. Whilst scanning a particular area, Itachi was able to catch up a minute trace of his sensei's chakra pattern. it was very trace but still it was there. by following that small traces of chakra signature, itachi followed that and found out a considerable about of chakra pattern from behind a Berry bush. Finally he was able to find his sensei behind that bush, hiding.

From behind the bush, I run out and along with it ripping part of the bush and throwing it at you. Then I proceed to punch you in the chest while you are distracted wthe leaves/bushes in your face.

As sensei suddenly run's out from the bush, she throws few leaves towards me in an attempt to blind and distract me with the leaves and then punch me, as the leaves approach me, I jus blow out a small stream of wind from my mouth such that the leaves doesn't trouble me anymore.

I then see, sensei trying to punch me in the abdomen. Pushing my limits with the one tomo Sharingan, I try to track the movement of sensei but I really couldn't tract it well. All I was aware was sensei was going to punch me in the abdomen. I an mere attempt to escape and defend from that attack, I just place my palms near my abdomen region thereby defending from the assault.
